Burger Time - Gouda Cheese

Our latest Burger Time was with Gouda Cheese! When I make burgers, I always wonder how to assemble better burger. When I googled image of burger, it seemed that lettuce was often the bottom. So I followed the order but I didn't see any "WOW" effect from it. Before serving the burgers, I was taking a couple of photos of my creation. I saw the moment of the fall of the one behind through the camera. I screamed.

I fixed the fallen one. We enjoyed burgers. Then I checked the photos I took later. I screamed again! Both of the buns of the one in the front were tops! I made four burgers in total. One must have had double bottoms. Oh-oh. Who (me or J) ate which one (double tops or double bottoms)? We will never know.
