Waitrose Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Tortelloni with Roasted Red Pepper & Paprika Pesto

Waitrose fresh filled pasta and jarred pasta sauce products have been so useful whenever I am busy or lazy. This time I matched Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Tortelloni with Roasted Red Pepper and Paprika Pesto. Served with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, which was also from Waitrose, the super quick easy pasta dish was delightful as if it was just delivered from a sophisticated restaurant's kitchen. I would be happy to be lazy (maybe not busy) with this quality level of grocery meals anytime.
