Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

This was Banana Chocolate Chips Muffins.

There were three dark (well-ripen) bananas I need to turn into muffins. I used one egg, so they were not vegetarian. But I skipped butter and used coconut oil to make them a little healthier. Then, added half a cup of flax seeds to make them much healthier! How about chocolate chips? They may not fit in healthy category, but I believed J would love them. The muffins were moist and delicate. Great snacks and breakfast.
