Pumpkin Bars

This was a Pumpkin Bar.

I adopted a recipe of Pumpkin Bar on Joy of Baking.com with a few changes like almost halving the amount of brown sugar for both crust and filling. I didn't make the whipped cream decoration.
The filling was very creamy and never became firm. So it wasn't really a cookie bar that can be picked and eaten by fingers. A folk was needed to eat neatly. Thinking it was more like pumpkin pie in small square, we enjoyed the bars very much. The taste was delightful and especially the crust with toasted hazelnuts was wonderful. It was definitely great fall sweets!
