Matcha Swirled Bread with Azuki

This was a slice of Matcha (Japanese green tea powder) Swirled Bread with Azuki (Japanese sweeten red beans).

I sometimes feel I would like to taste Japanese sweets. It was such a timing. I adapted a recipe from a Japanese cooking goods online store with some changes.

 

My Japanese sweets fever passed away now but it will come back soon.
