Stir-fried Noodle "Yaki-Soba" with Veggie

This was stir-fried noodle, or Yaki-Soba with Veggie

I like this kind of simple noodle dinner. Reason 1: a soy-sauce based light savory flavor is one of my favorite flavors. Reason 2: I can add a lot of veggies!

I bought these Yaki-Soba noodles at a Japanese grocery store in Rockville. J said he liked the noodle. Good! I can buy more and cook noodle dishes more and more!
