Margherita Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella from Di Pasquale's
To make pizza dough, I adapted a recipe from Lidia as usual, which is always easy to make super thin and baked super crispy! Because it was Margherita, the toppings were my usual homemade tomato sauce, some slices of fresh tomatoes, some fresh basil, and the star of this pizza, Mozzarella.
