We had a Chinese Take-out party.
For Chinese Take-out, there is only one restaurant we can trust -
Grace Garden. There are still many items we haven't tried on the menu, so we picked two new dishes. One was Beef Chow Fun. Tender beef and chewy wide noodle with a kind of mild soy sauce based sauce. We, especially I liked it!
The other one was Basil Fish Filets. Great chili flavor. We, especially J liked it!
And our usual sautéed bok choy. This is a model dish of "simple is best."
Finally, Smoke Tea Duck! This was the origin of this Chinese Take-out party. It was because J wanted to have this delicious duck!
Everything was wonderful. Grace Garden is really a local gem!
