Kielbasa "Wedding" Party
It didn't take much time to go back to the Polish market after we enjoyed their Kielbasa. One we bought last time was, I believe, Krakowska - smoked sausage with garlic and black pepper. The lady at the store was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a sample of three different kinds of Kielbasa. Based on the tasting, we picked "wedding" - smoked sausage with strong garlic flavor this time.
Like the last time, J charcoal-grilled the sausage along with asparagus and aluminum-foiled onion.
Everyone was beautifully grilled. Thank you, Grill Master J!
Sauerkraut from the Polish market was a special condiment this time.
According to J's request, I made bread again. Nothing better than freshly baked bread at home!
With the Polish mustard that we bought at the our last visit to the Polish market, everyone except asparagus, which we had as a side, snuggled in the bread. This must have been one of the best hot dogs I tasted before!
