Smoked Kipper Salad, Cucumber & Alfalfa Sandwiches
I grew alfalfa from seeds on the kitchen counter, again! By watering twice a day, it took only 4 days to harvest. Besides alfalfa, our recent favorite smoked kipper salad, cucumber slices, Dijon mustard and J's favorite French cheese, Époisses de Bourgogne were between sliced bread.
Fresh alfalfa was so good. Since we ate all alfalfa, I have already started growing the second batch. Let's wait for four days.
