Cucina Al Volo's Pasta Marathon Day 3

This was Cucina Al Volo's Pasta Marathon Day 3!

It was fresh squid ink tagliatelle with clams and scallops, again! I realized fresh tagliatelle absorbs a lot of sauce. For dried pasta, just one can of chopped clams and some white wine makes enough sauce, but won't for fresh tagliatelle. I thought I could buy a bottle of clam juice or use an extra can of chopped clams. J told me to add an extra can. Two cans generated enough sauce that nicely covered all the boiled squid ink pasta, and we liked the generous clams as well as pan-seared fresh scallops. We were absolutely satisfied with the delicious seafood pasta dish.
