Pollo Don Pedro, revisit
This was our third take-out dinner from Pollo Don Pedro in Gambrills, MD.
There were still many items on their menu we haven't tried yet. Many items were not familiar with me; I had no idea what they look/taste like. We ordered what a friendly staff recommended - lomo saltado, a stir-fried marinated beef, onion and tomatoes, served with rice and fried potatoes. Later I knew it was a traditional Peruvian dish. It had a nice flavor, but a little too salty for me. Like the last time, we also had quesadillas. These were chicken quesadillas. They were pretty good!
Overall we were satisfied. Perhaps we can ask them to make our order less salt next time.
