Cucina Al Volo's Fresh Pasta Marathon Day 1
We went to Union Market recently and bought four different kinds of pasta as usual. We started cooking (and eating of course) them one by one! Day 1 was beef brisket ravioli. We paired it with their eggplant pasta sauce. Actually I thought I opened the jar of their mushroom pasta sauce that we bought with a jar of eggplant pasta sauce, but it was eggplant. The combination wasn't bad at all. We enjoyed the raviolis and the sauce. Both were very tasty!
