Clam Pasta Day
It was a clam pasta day!
Like the last time, there was no scallops or fancy fresh pasta, but a nice tough of our garden herbs: parsley, chive and tarragon. I didn't have white wine or vermouth, so I used Sake this time. The result was great. Simple and delicious.
