Puttanesca with Mushrooms
It was J's nice idea! Our usual homemade Puttanesca sauce was hearty and substantial with the addition of oyster mushrooms and baby bella mushrooms! I used fresh tomatoes from our local farm stand again. The dish was delicious. We liked the change very much!
