Pumpkin Ravioli & Pan-fried Pork Loin Steaks with Sage
I love pumpkin ravioli but probably it's not something that J is willing to choose. I bought a package of pumpkin ravioli anyway because I wanted to taste it and the question was how I could present it to make J happy. My solution was serving with pork loin steaks. Fresh sage and dijon mustard sauce for pork; toasted pine nuts and freshly grated parmesan cheese for ravioli. Sautéed kale was a side. The result was lovely autumnal. We both enjoyed it!
