Aberdeen Angus beef Frying Steak with Sherry Mushroom Sauce

Waitrose Aberdeen Angus beef Frying Steak has been convenience to make any stir-fry dishes like fajita. This time I didn't slice it into strips and stir fry them with veggies. Instead I cooked the whole steak and served with homemade sherry mushroom sauce. Baked halved potato was a side. The result was ok, but I guess I cooked the steak a little long.
