New York Strip Steak
It was a nice grilling day to make up this summer that we had not used our grill so often. Look at this handsome steak! The grill master, J performed a perfect job as usual.
Sides were simple: creamy mashed potato, braised string beans, and fresh tomatoes with fresh parsley and vinaigrette.
