Red Wine Chocolate Cake again!
I followed the same recipe, but reduced brown sugar, skipped all granulated sugar, and added a few table spoon Splenda. The cake was lovely bitter-sweet, spongy but moist. We liked it very much, probably better than the first one. Therefore the cake was quickly gone.
I thought finally I tasted red wine a bit this time.
