Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon

This was Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict.

We had some smoked salmon and homemade English muffins. And Eggs Benedict is one of J's favorite breakfast. So why not?

Lightly toasted English muffins, poached eggs, homemade Hollandaise sauce, freshly chopped chives from our garden for garnish... here was a small question: where salmon should be? On or under poached egg??

We hadn't known the answer; the solution was making both versions. Now we identified, no matter where salmon was fitted in, our Eggs Benedict could satisfy us.
