Rosemary Bâtard w/Smoked Salmon

This was rosemary bâtard with smoked salmon, and carrot and quinoa salad in the small bowl.


It was J's idea to add dried rosemary from our garden into our usual bâtard and have the herb bread with smoked salmon. How much rosemary should I mix in? I did a "decent" amount, listening to J who kept saying herbs could easily hide in the bread dough. 

It turned out well! The bread had a lovely rosemary scent, even I enjoyed the fragrance from the oven during baking. Next time we could make the sage version, or oregano, or thyme, or mixed?
