Spinach Quiche 2
This was spinach quiche - the second time. I kept almost of all minor changes that I made from the last time: using low-fat cream
cheese, replacing Half&Half with low-fat milk, and adding Piment d'Espelette along with black pepper. In terms of cheese, I used Mexican four cheese mix instead of Baby Swiss.
This was another wonderful quiche! Yum.
