Paneer Butter Masala
We bought a frozen paneer block at a local Indian grocery store a while ago. I thought it would be fun to make a creamy tomato-based curry with paneer, Paneer Butter Masala that we sometimes have at an Indian restaurant. There are a lot of recipes for this dish online. I combined some recipes that were simple so that I won't need to go to a grocery store but that use various kinds of spices that I can take advantages of my large spice collection to make the curry flavorful. J liked the result very much, especially the spice level. It wasn't hot spicy, but pleasantly aromatic. In fact, we ate all the curry at once that was supposed to be for 4-5 people!
