Four Cheese Scones

These were homemade four cheese scones.

For J, a cheese lover, I wanted to make scones with maximum cheese. Luckily I found Irish aged cheddar, aged gruyere, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and ewe's cheese with Espelette pepper. in the refrigerator and used all! I also added freeze-dried chives and some Espelette pepper and black pepper. The recipe for scone dough was my usual one. I didn't have yogurt or sour cream, so I added extra milk.
They were beautifully baked and tasted incredibly cheesy!
