Almond & Orange Mincemeat

This was Rosebud's Almond & Orange Mince meat.

As a part of Christmas gifts, J gave me the preserve made in North Yorkshire, UK. I think I have never had a mince pie. Maybe this is something like a filling of mince pie, but it must be the excellent mince pie if the filling is this jar.

I liked the bright orange flavor and sweet fruits combination very much. It was a great addition to my preserve/jam collection!
