Pan-fried Spring Rolls

These were homemade spring rolls.

The filling was very simple - cabbage, carrot and dried Shiitake mushroom. Plus simple seasoning with soy sauce, Sake, black pepper and white pepper. 
 
Then, I pan-fried these envelopes. J made his own special dipping sauce. Mine was a mix of soy-sauce and rice vinegar. It was a nice light vegetable supper.
