Crème Caramel
This creamy custard pudding with bitter sweet caramel sauce was one of my grandmother's staple homemade desserts. When I was a child, I was so happy to find a dozen of cups of chilled custard puddings in the refrigerator. Hers was much better than any custard puddings. Recently I bought several pudding molds from Japan. This was my first time to make custard pudding by myself. It turned out very well. I believe my grandmother would be proud of me.
