Homemade Plain Scones & J's Fried Egg

These were homemade plain scones and J's fried egg.

I was going to make plain scones and J was going to make scrambled eggs. That was a plan until I found we had only three eggs in the refrigerator. One of them would be part of my scones, so only two left.

My scones were beautifully done. J didn't made scrambled eggs but two fried eggs. One for each of us. Eggs were perfectly done too! Happy breakfast!
