Taiyaki, revisited
These were Taiyaki, Japanese fish-shaped pancakes filled with sweetened red bean Azuki paste.
So far it seems I did Taiyaki fishing (making) only once a year in the past two years. I should do more often. They are tasty and easy to make!
At least I should try again while I still remember how long to cook to get pretty golden color.
