Flat Bread Wrap with Haba's falafel & Kefir Cheese

This was flat bread wrap with Haba's falafel and Kefir Cheese.

We went to a middle eastern market in Rockville and bought Haba's falafel, which has become our favorite commercial falafel so far, large thin flat bread, Persian cucumbers, and Kefir cheese. The last item was totally new for us. At the market J was looking for yogurt and found this cheese instead. It was thick, creamy, milky, and sour like Greek yogurt. Kefir is apparently a type of cultured milk products, just like yogurt, but has different beneficial bacteria from one in yogurt.

I liked Kefir. It was great on the wrap! It's simply so fun to try something new.
