Wegmans' Little Pies

These were Wegmans' little pies.

The star top was blueberry pie and the other was apple. There are big pies, too, but these littles were just perfect for us. We can taste two kinds of pies at once and we can enjoy them twice. The fillings naturally tasted fruits, not starchy, syrupy, dry, or watery. The crust was nice, thin and light, not doughy, oily, or salty.

As grocery products, they were pretty good. With a lightly sweetened whipped cream with a hint of vanilla, these pies were so enjoyable. Good job, Wegmans!
