Miso Soup with Tofu & Veggies
For me, Miso soup is not a like or dislike, more like ritual or culture when I was in Japan because I had had miso soup several times a week back then. Now I don't have such routine and am fine without it. But when I make it once a while like this time, I enjoy it. It's a kind of unique relationship between me and Miso soup that is difficult to describe.
