Coffee Mug Molten Chocolate Cake, again
Like the last year, the cake was to celebrate J's birthday! Mug cup cake might become a tradition for J's birthday?! That's possible if he wishes. The recipe is easy, quick and convenience to make just two cups for two of us. Perfect for this kind of occasion. I still don't quite master the cooking time, thought. I might have cooked a little too long again. The cake was all set without leaving any melting, gooey or pudding-like part. Yet, it was warm and fluffy. And of course, delicious!
