Navy Bean Soup

This was navy bean soup.

It was my made-up soup with olive oil, a can of navy beans, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, tomato paste, bay leaf, low-sodium chicken stock and dried herb mix. All ingredients were in the refrigerator or pantry. A weekday quick, easy, tasty and healthy light supper was ready within 1 hour. It sounds too good to be true, but it was true!
