J's Country Omelette, updated
The omelette was slightly bigger than usual because he used six eggs instead of five. Inside was very soft but not too runny, which is my preference, and outside was lovely golden browned with butter, but not too much spongy. I thought this omelette had the perfect balance between inside and outside.
