Casarecce Pasta with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto, again

This was Casarecce pasta with sun dried tomato pesto, again!

I remembered I made sun dried tomato pesto before, but didn't remember I also paired the pesto with Casarecce pasta at that time. Casarecce is not a kind of pasta we regularly keep in the pantry. What a coincidence!

I didn't also remember I didn't taste dried tomato in the pesto last time. This time I found something tangy in the pesto, which added a new aspect to the classic Pesto Genovese. I enjoyed the change.
