Chilled Ramen Noodles with Veggie, Egg Strips, & Sesame sauce

This was chilled Ramen noodles with veggie, egg strips and sesame sauce.

Based on a Japanese common summer noodle dish, Hiyashi-Tyuuka (or Rei-men) with Goma-dare, I made up my version. Sesame sauce, made with toasted sesame, tahini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, Japanese chicken soup powder, water, fresh ginger, and sesame oil, was the key here. I wasn't sure if J would like this kind of noodle dish, but gladly found out that he liked it! He asked me more egg strips next time. No problem!
