Hayashi Egg Noodles

This was Hayashi egg noodles.

Or I could call it Mushroom Bourguignon with egg noodles. I thought I remembered ingredients and how to make, but after I came back from grocery, I happened to check my blog post of Mushroom Bourguinon and realized I used 2 pounds of mushrooms last time; I bought only 1 pound this time. So, I added more onion and carrots. The result was great after all!
