Sandwich Party with Sourdough French Loaf + Ancient Grains Flour Blend
It was the destination of the sourdough french loaf with ancient grains flour blend that I just made. It was a wonderful sandwich bread. Light, moist, tender, not too crumbly, not too fragile, not too air holes.
I made two kinds of sandwiches: egg salad and smoked fish salad. The sandwiches were tasty and we were so full. The party was happily over.
