Fire-Popped Popcorn

This was fire-popped popcorn!

I can't forget the moment that some popcorn kernels literally popped out and attacked J when he opened the lid of the special popcorn pan.

We had a reason to make popcorn; we bought Brady Street cheese sprinkle from Penzeys Spices specifically to season popcorn this winter.

Although the sprinkle wasn't made for only popcorn, it worked with popcorn very well. Real cheese and herb flavor without any grease. Pretty garlic-y, too!
