Veggie Pad See Ew, revisited
This was Veggie Pad See Ew, or Thai-ish stir-fried noodles with vegetables.
I have made Pad See Ew probably several times, but each time the dish looked new because I usually use more or less different ingredients and/or seasonings. This time also turned out something new. The vegetables of this time were bean sprouts, carrots, green pepper, and scallion. Plus, garlic and an egg. Seasonings were less soy sauce, more oyster sauce, some dark brown sugar, more rice vinegar, a little molasses, and some red chili paste. The result was great. J liked it very much. Pad See Ew magically can't go wrong.
