Baked Tilapia & Scallops in Foil

This was baked tilapia and scallops in foil.

I forgot to buy fresh dill and didn't have any fresh herbs in hand. However, J's seasoning made the fish and scallops just as delicious as with fresh herbs! Lessons learned - fresh herbs are preferable but not necessary in foil.

I could also say J's seasoning is necessary although J seems to play it by ear each time with whatever spices or herbs his eye happens to catch.
