This was a fluffy light blueberry banana muffin.
I added a banana to a recipe of
fluffy light blueberry banana muffins. I guess because of the additional banana, the dough looked too runny, so I added a couple of spoons of all-purpose flour. I didn't make lemon zest sugar topping to keep muffins simple.
The muffins were heavenly fluffy and light! My recent trend is making just six muffins, not a dozen so that two of us can easily finish all while they are still fresh. However, these muffins were so airy and yummy. I might have been able to munch a dozen within a few days with J's little help.
