Ginger Chicken Balls on Rice
It was a chicken ball version of Ginger Pork on Rice. It was absolutely delicious! I have already had a good recipe of traditional Japanese chicken balls that I found online a few years ago and since then usually follow, but I made some changes like adding bread crumbs, based on another recipe that I recently found online. The changes made chicken balls very fluffy, which I liked so much!
