Giolitti Delicatessen's Cannoli
When we dropped by the Italian deli to get some pancetta, I asked J if we could get some cannoli. J said, Of course! When we buy cannoli, we usually get shell and cream separately, which we call a cannoli kit. Although it seemed the store usually sells cannoli that have already filled with cream, a lady at the store kindly provided some shells and cream separately, Moreover, she gave us extra cream! I assembled our cannoli after dinner. They were very good! After I filled all of the four mini cannoli shells with cream, there was a plenty leftover. I happily took care of it.
