For me, no proper holiday season celebration is complete without stollen. We couldn't get our usual stollen from
Dresden Stollen Bakers this year; instead, we tried one from Bettys.
Bettys' stollen was wonderful. The cake/bread part was moist and buttery. The marzipan layer inside was a bonus. Raisins were generous. Rum flavor was enjoyable. Perhaps, this was the best stollen I had so far.
