This little savory pie was packed with partridge bourguignon. "Bourguignon" made me think about Boeuf Bourguignon (Beef Burgundy), which is a classic French beef stew braised with red wine. I didn't specifically notice red wine in the filling of this pie while it had somewhat a smoky flavor. Anyway, the pie was delicious. J loved it very much! He seriously thinks that we should buy some again before the bakery stops making.
