Moroccan Chicken with Olives & Lemon, revisit

There were several carrots in the refrigerator. This dish was a solution to use them up. I have made Chicken Tagine several times but not yet in the UK. All ingredients required are available here and the taste of UK chicken is better than US chicken. The result was wonderful. I don't know why I hadn't come up with an idea to revisit the cleaver recipe by Cook's Illustrated by now.
