Mushroom & Wild Rice Soup

 

I like wild rice. The chewy texture and earthy flavor are fun to eat. I haven't seen wild rice in Japan. I saw and ate wild rice first time in the US. Luckily I can easily buy some here in England. Mushroom and wild rice soup is the best way for me to enjoy 100% of wild rice. It's always hearty and satisfying like this time.
