Potato Salad

This was homemade Potato Salad.

I followed our favorite potato salad recipe from Cook's Illustrated's July/August 2004 issue, "All-American Potato Salad." It's just a right combination of potato, mayo, and seasonings - white vinegar, celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, powdered mustard, fresh parsley, and black pepper. I usually skip hard-cooked egg which is optional anyway. This potato salad is a wonderful side dish as always, especially for summer time with grilling something like our rib eye steaks. Even we enjoy a bowl of the potato salad as a simple lunch. The recipe is a keeper!
